Wuxi, China — In October 2024, Wuxi Huiiyun Robotics Co., Ltd. successfully completed factory acceptance testing for the customized test line developed for the Block 6 Intelligent Cargo Station Project at Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
The test line was built at Huiiyun Robotics’ production base in Wuxi and was formally accepted by the customer’s project team following a comprehensive onsite review. The milestone marks the project’s transition from solution design and prototype validation to batch production, onsite installation, and system delivery.
The Pudong Airport Block 6 Intelligent Cargo Station Project involves a highly complex operating environment, with multiple categories of automated logistics equipment required to work in close coordination. The project places stringent requirements on equipment stability, docking accuracy, fleet coordination, scheduling logic, and end-to-end process continuity.

To reduce implementation risks and support delivery quality, Huiiyun Robotics established a full-process test line in advance of onsite deployment. The test line was designed to replicate key airport cargo station operating conditions, including cargo transfer, storage-system docking, multi-equipment coordination, process linkage across operating zones, and exception-handling procedures.
During the acceptance review, the customer’s project team evaluated the performance of multi-category intelligent mobile robots, automated storage and retrieval interactions, coordinated logistics workflows, and the centralized scheduling system. The review included process demonstrations, performance checks, equipment interaction tests, and detailed verification of critical operating scenarios.
The test line successfully passed the acceptance review, with stable equipment operation, accurate docking, standardized process execution, and performance results meeting the project’s design requirements and the high standards of air cargo operations.

The successful acceptance further validates Huiiyun Robotics’ engineering capabilities in high-end aviation logistics environments, including dedicated equipment development, multi-equipment coordination, system integration, and project delivery. By completing factory-based simulation and validation ahead of onsite implementation, the company was able to optimize operating logic, verify the connection between storage and transport processes, and reduce risks during field commissioning.
Following this milestone, Huiiyun Robotics will proceed with batch production, equipment debugging, onsite installation, system commissioning, and final project delivery. The company will continue to apply rigorous quality standards and system-level engineering capabilities to support the development of a more efficient, intelligent, and reliable air cargo logistics infrastructure at Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
